Right Click Share Support

Right Click Share adds one Share item to Chrome's right-click menu for pages, links, selected text, images, audio, and video.

How to use

1. Open a page in Chrome.
2. Right-click a page, link, selected text, image, audio, or video.
3. Choose Share.
4. If Chrome shows the in-page Right Click Share prompt, click Share to open the browser share sheet.

Media files

When you share an image, audio file, or video file, the extension tries to fetch the selected media bytes and pass a real file to Chrome's Web Share API. Some sites block direct media access, and some share targets or Chrome builds may reject certain file types or sizes.

Troubleshooting

• If nothing appears, reload the page and try again.
• If a media item cannot be shared as a file, try opening the media in its own tab and sharing again.
• Chrome may require a click on the in-page Share prompt before it can open the system share sheet.
