Terms of Service for TimerBar+

Effective Date: April 27, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the TimerBar+ mobile application (the "App"), provided by asdftq ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscription Services (TimerBar+ Pro)

The App may offer enhanced features or functionality through automatically renewing subscription services ("Subscriptions"), referred to as "TimerBar+ Pro".

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, yearly) through your Apple App Store account. Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Your Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, payment will be charged after the trial period ends, unless cancelled beforehand. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your Subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Pricing: Subscription prices are subject to change. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App.
• Use the App for any purpose other than its intended use.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and underlying code, is the property of asdftq and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights or licenses other than the limited license described in Section 2.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asdftq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country, e.g., California, USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
