Need help with QuietSense, subscriptions, microphone permission, sound number adjustment, or reports? Send a support request and include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Common notes

• QuietSense estimates everyday sound level and whether sound may be heard nearby. It is not a legal sound meter.
• The app cannot determine exact direction from one microphone, such as upstairs versus next door.
• For subscription questions, you can manage or cancel purchases in your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store.
• Raw audio is not saved, uploaded, or transcribed.
