Terms of Service for QuietSense

Use of the app

QuietSense provides everyday sound-level awareness, nearby-room estimates, and practical tips for shared homes. It is not a certified or legal sound meter and should not be used as a compliance, safety, or legal measurement device. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a treatment for anxiety or any other condition.

Subscriptions

QuietSense offers QuietSense Pro subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. QuietSense Pro Yearly renews once per year and may include a 3-day free trial when shown in the app and available to your Apple Account. QuietSense Pro Monthly renews once per month and has no free trial unless the app or App Store purchase sheet says otherwise.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges may occur within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices, subscription length, and trial details are shown in the app purchase flow and in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a current paid period. Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Privacy

QuietSense handles microphone input on device to estimate sound level. Raw audio is not saved, uploaded, or transcribed. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the app as the product improves. The app is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
